The Vesper Knit - Lemon

We use Royal Mail for most of our mail order deliveries. For parcels that are sent tracked, you will receive an email or text notification from Royal Mail updating you of its progress.

As soon as your order leaves us, you will be notified via email. (Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive!) Should you not be home for your delivery, you will be able to reschedule the delivery using the card that your postman has left for you!

Although we don't have a physical shop, local customers who wish to collect, can do so from our office which is open 6 days a week: Monday to Friday 10am-4.30pm, Saturdays 10am-1pm.

We can’t faciliate collections outside the times above, so if you can’t make it by office closing time, then please opt for postage.

Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for collection. Please allow up to 48 hours for preparation. If you need same-day collection, kindly contact us via email.

Please note: Orders need to be collected within 14 days of placing your order. Orders that are picked up after 14 days have passed, won't be eligible for a refund if unsuitable.

Something not quite right? No problem! Simply return any *full price item for a refund within 14 days. ** Sale items are non returnable.**
