Although we don't have a physical shop, local customers who wish to collect, can do so from our office which is open 6 days a week: Monday to Friday 10am-4.30pm, Saturdays 10am-1pm.

We can’t faciliate collections outside the times above, so if you can’t make it by office closing time, then please opt for postage.

Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for collection. Please allow up to 48 hours for preparation. If you need same-day collection, kindly contact us via email.

Please note: Orders need to be collected within 14 days of placing your order. Orders that are picked up after 14 days have passed, won't be eligible for a refund if unsuitable.
