Although we don't have a physical shop, local customers who wish to collect, can do so from our office which is open 6 days a week: Monday to Friday 10am-4.30pm, Saturdays 10am-1pm.

Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for collection. Please allow up to 48 hours for preparation especially for orders placed over the weekend. If you need same-day collection on a weekday, kindly contact us via email, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note: We can’t faciliate collections outside office hours, so if you can’t make it by office closing time, then please opt for postage.

Orders need to be collected within 14 days of placing your order. Orders that are picked up after 14 days have passed, won't be eligible for a refund if unsuitable.
