We use Royal Mail for most of our mail order deliveries. For peace of mind, all parcels are sent tracked, this is where you will receive an email or text notification from Royal Mail updating you of its progress.
We despatch within 1-2 working days.
As soon as your order leaves us, you will be notified via email. (Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive!) Should you not be home for your delivery, you will be able to reschedule the delivery using the card that your postman has left for you!

Something not quite right? No problem! Simply return any full price for a refund within 14 days.
** Sale items are non returnable.**
To qualify for a return the item (s) must be received back to us by the 14th day, is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with ALL tags intact. If when received back your item shows signs of wear or the tags have been removed for any reason we will not process your refund and the item will be posted back to you.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds (excluding any initial postage costs) will be processed within 3 working days.
